Here is my opinion. This is my first time here and the hotel is great for the price. I think it's up to standard, at least for me. I lived in similar apartment - style before, so I can tell you this: do not expect high luxury, but a nice place to stay. You get the towels, toothbrushes, combs, etc, two coffee mugs, but no cutlery. I don't think that's any problem, because you can always buy/take a plastic spoon or fork. Everything seemed clean and working well. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PICTURES SHOW THE ROOM WHEN I WAS LEAVING, so this is not authentic representation of a check-in room. It's cleaner and nicer. I was on the 26th floor. The sea-view is partial, you have another tall building in front of you, but the view is nice enough, you can have your morning coffee while looking at the sea. The beach is very close, literally five minutes away. All the nice restaurants are just 5 minutes away! (I recommend Dolphin - amazing, but I heard that Brunch is very nice too). Another thing: the owner agreed to let me chek out a lot later, although I had to pay a bit, but not the full price of a day's stay. In any case, I strongly recommend this place if you want a reasonably-priced place in the right location. Enjoy! Important note: you must get in touch with the owner, before you come because the reception is on the 20th floor and you cannot get there without an elevator card. There's also deposit 100 for my type of room, which was returned to me at the checkout.

Stayed with family. Two adults, two children (14 and 9 years old). We chose the hotel because of its good location. I installed WeChat in advance, contacted Maxim by phone number, agreed on a transfer from the airport for 100 yuan, which is a bit expensive, but Maxim’s colleague Anton (also Russian-speaking) met us with a sign right at the exit from the arrivals area, helped with our suitcases and took us to big beautiful car. At the same time, he answered all my questions and offered excursions. The room is large, on the 15th floor, matches the description. There is a side view of the sea; if there was a higher floor, the view would be gorgeous. The room level is like three stars in Turkey, nothing supernatural, but livable. Two beds: 1.8 meters, 1.5 meters and a sofa. The son was sleeping on the sofa. An additional set of underwear was given to him personally. Also, at my request, they gave everyone a blanket and brought a safe. Everything was done promptly. There are kitchen utensils, the room is cleaned daily, and the linen is clean. The room is equipped with air conditioning. The hotel shares an entrance with the Barry Hotel. As Anton told me, about 20 apartments in the Barry Hotel building have been purchased and are being rented out. Access to the floor by card. In the basement of the building there is a good supermarket that has everything you need at reasonable prices. The building itself is located very well, 200 meters from the sea, literally 100 meters away are the popular cafes “U Lina”, “Sad”, “Katyusha”. Summer Mall is located nearby. In the evening there was a lot of activity in the cafes on the beach, so we left the children and went to relax. Since the building is the tallest in Dadonghai, you can go up to the 35th floor without a map (there is free access to the balconies) and enjoy the views. Of the minuses: It is necessary to equip the kitchen with cutlery, at least 4 sets. It is advisable to do cleaning a little later; due to the time difference, we woke up around 9-10 o’clock, and at that time the maid was already breaking into the room. Overall the impression is good, I will recommend it to friends, a good hotel at a reasonable price.

Beautiful Chinese apartments, which pleased me with their location just 1 minute walk from the sea. Excellent service and friendly staff created a very pleasant environment. The hotel administration promptly responds to any requests and questions, which gives confidence in the comfort of your stay. Convenient location allows easy access to all attractions. Nearby is the Pineapple and Summer shopping center. There are many restaurants with varied cuisine. Overall, I left only positive emotions, I would be happy to come back here again.
