A beautiful and relaxing experience for the family, in a unique location in front of the sea. All the staff extremely friendly and polite. We tasted and enjoyed great food in all of the different restaurants of the hotel, a special thanks and my congratulations to the executive chef Mr. Marcus, kind, friendly and hospitable person. My congratulations to Chef Imane, always kind and caring, made us savour the flavours of Bali. A highly recommended place where we will definitely return.

I had the most magical stay here .The aesthetic, service and amenities were perfect .I’ll definitely recommend having a get away here .

Kitty delivered exceptional service with a warm greeting at check in area, she also showed around the property and breakfast time and introduction to their facilities , at the end she also got me a gift as a surprise , thanks Kitty , highly recommended

Amazing experience and amazing customer service. Every staff took care of every tiniest request and the chef Made is worth visiting for Balinese restaurant . It was great conversation with Made and the head of food and Hotel manager Jordi who took great care during the entire stay. Highly recommended.

Service and food are very good, in our opinion best restaurant is Egret. Swimming pools are beautiful and temperature perfect. Also sandy beach in nice. Only cons, you cannot swim in the sea.

Edition Sanya is the best. The private villa was amazing.

A very photogenic hotel but not worth the money.
Rooms lovely but nothing particularly special.
Breakfast selection and quality very good.
Not the problem of the hotel but Haitangwan beach and sea not as good as yalong wan.
They have a kids play area and pool but more for younger ones (under 6).
