酒店配套設施齊全，優勢大大，服務很給力，免費升級入住，提供一次性用品，前台小夥熱情嘎嘎的，安排的房間乾淨整潔，服務員大姐還很人性化，幫忙收拾衣服，周邊環境配套很完善，步行幾分鐘就到三亞灣海灘，確認不錯。

第一次入住時發現，這家店非常適合出差，交通便利，各類設施齊全，周邊環境配套應有盡有，辦完事客人閑逛一下，品嚐些小吃，晚上去海邊散步很遐逸。酒店前台服務生很熱情，房間乾淨整潔這就可以了，所以這次幫同事推薦預訂，反饋還是比較滿意。推薦給大家！

每次來海南三亞都會選擇這酒店，交通方便，附近買東西或吃東西的地方很多很方便，但這次辦入住有點小插曲，明明我已經訂好了房間，錢都已經經apps那裏刷信用咭付費了，但前台那職員可能是新來，找不到我的訂房訂單，他竟然說叫我去Ctrip.com取消那訂房重新辦入住，因為一取消就沒得退錢，我堅持要他們找那訂單，搞了很久才找到那訂單，嚇了一跳，看來酒店對前線員工的培訓要加強一下，其他的都很滿意，下次去三亞還是會選這間酒店
