這家酒店體驗很不錯，服務很好，酒店賓客關係主任R小佔服務貼心、態度很好。酒店房間擁有一百八十度視野的海景視野真的很享受，房間打掃乾淨 ，現代化設施設備，陽台有浴缸，對面的蜈支洲島 ，樓層的角度能看到海棠灣是海岸線 ，酒店的玩的項目也很多，網紅河道泳池很值得打卡拍照，裏面也可以玩玩皮划艇，酒店地理位置很不錯，靠近免税城，很便利。這次整體來説還是非常不錯的，下次再來海棠灣紅樹林酒店。

來的第一天住的這邊，酒店設施各方面都挺好的，服務人員熱情，三亞灣住了，亞龍灣住了，回程的前一天果斷還住這裏，總體來講海棠灣的沙子最細軟，酒店園林綠植也維護很好。畫匣拍照也很出片，我遇上了一個寶藏管家Anna ，耐心回答我問題，滿足一切需求，下次還會再來~

這次來三亞旅行入住了海棠灣紅樹林度假酒店很滿意，酒店很舒服，是偏現代的裝修風格，走進大堂海風迎面而來就給人一種很愜意的感覺，在住期間也是很滿意的了，管家olga蔡潔小姐姐提前致電聯繫加了微信和在住期間的貼心問候，有求必應，每天都會問房間有沒有缺什麼呀需要幫助的可以找她哈哈哈，在這裏住了四天三個晚上，給我安排的房間在28樓一個位置很棒的房間，視野還是可以的啦，面朝大海與蜈支洲島隔海相望，酒店可以玩的項目也是比較多的，小童項目也是，挺適合帶小朋友來的，酒店綠植覆蓋面積很大，隨手一拍都很出片！總的來説很好的一次體驗啦！下次海棠灣紅樹林還會是第一選擇~

各方面都超滿意，十一點多到酒店，十二點就入住了，工作人員態度都很好,房間安排在26樓，視野超好，看海巨佳。園林也很漂亮，賓客關係部Anna小姐姐特別温柔貼心，入住期間多次關懷問候！酒店的畫匣旅拍也是相當不錯的，不論在園林，泳池還是海邊都拍攝都特別出片！希望下次去可以玩的更加開心 期待再次見面！

這次出行來到三亞，總體來説酒店安排方面，還是比較到位的！酒店各個方面也是很滿意，酒店設施齊全一應俱全，管家Alina服務也很周到。房間面積很大，可以直接看到海景，步行到海邊衹需要幾分鐘，酒店的畫匣旅拍也很好，拍的照片很滿意，非常喜歡～
