首先衞生非常乾淨，裝修也比較考究，比較新。實木傢俱非常喜歡，其次空間大通風條件比較好，再次樓下的魚池很好看，裏面養着錦鯉游來游去，孩子比較喜歡在魚池旁邊玩，最後是晾曬條件特別好，可以上頂樓晾曬，孩子玩沙灘的衣服可以洗完去曬，有一個超大的頂樓平台而且有頂棚有桌椅，也可以在上面吹吹風小憩一會兒。原本衹在平台約了一天，然後看到條件比較好又線下續了三天，是這次三亞行住的時間最長的酒店，強烈推薦。

衞生乾淨整潔！整體裝修風格非常雅緻！讓人心裏不由自主的就安靜下來了！服務非常周到，態度很好。位置交通很方便，距離林旺夜市非常近！房間設備設施都非常新，床墊很舒服！床品很乾凈！酒店門口就可以停車！一級棒！下次還會來！

先説説好的方面整棟民宿裏面設計跟裝修是很用心很精緻的，而且這個季節價格是很實惠了，房間很大很乾凈，觀察了每天都會打開每個空着的房間曬日光，通風，全木製傢俱，環保。被子都是乾燥蓬鬆的，一點也不潮。一到我就查看了衞生間和馬桶，沒得説，都不錯。前台的大姐很熱心很細緻，幫忙拿行李，介紹周邊的情況海棠灣空氣質量優，出行電瓶車，真心不錯再説一説規避的點民宿交通方便，不像那些安置小區七拐八彎，但是臨街這幾間晚上還是有馬路上的噪聲的，過車的聲音很明顯。熱水不是很好調
