交通方便，周圍有出名的椰子雞，海鮮市場，億恆夜市也在附近，對面小區還可以租電單車。
衹是房間內紙巾就給了兩小卷，可能上個廁所就用完了，浴室的洗髮水 沐浴露出泡效果不大好，洗髮水根本洗不了頭髮，另外還是自己帶床單被套吧。桌椅也有灰😳但是窗外風景還是蠻不錯的，總體來説 經濟實惠吧，

説一下，入住兩天，入住第一天，電視打不開，空調打不開，等了快一下午，才處理好，這個還不是最氣人的，最氣人的入住兩天網絡完全用不了，就相當於電視看不了。真的很生氣説實在的，入住民宿第一次遇到這樣的情況，而且還要一個入住房間於實物不符合。

最大的優點有:
1.離海邊很近，出門右轉100米就是海邊，周邊交通便利，有大排檔（嗲嗲椰子雞不錯，排隊人很多），也有超市；
2.房東人不錯（雖然很忙，但是有要求還是有迴應）定了一晚，看着周邊交通便利又續訂了2晚。
不足:設施設備雖齊全，但是應該有些久了，有些舊，有翻新，但看得出歲月痕跡
客觀總評:性價比中等偏上，用慣自己的物品，自帶床單可能會更舒服，住慣大賓館的不推薦住。

房間不大一間卧室這樣，但是陽台風景超好，位置也好，也方便，下樓有超市有吃的，海邊近，性價比妥妥的，老闆大半夜在線回覆辛苦了

優點
位置方便
工作人員態度好，下樓接幫忙拿行李
缺點
停車：沒有簡介裏寫的免費停車位，工作人員説停車位充足也不符合，晚上回來沒空位，衹能停在小區對面的馬路劃線處
房間：不是一整套，而是一個大房子隔了好幾間。裝修陳舊，床品有味道。根本沒有廚房，我們開車出來玩帶的冷凍食品需要放到不同樓層的公共冰箱。
簡介和實物很多不符，不推薦開車出來玩的遊客，停車不方便，樓下還有一段樓梯，不方便上下樓拿東西。

房間比較小，衞生這一塊有待提高一下，床單睡的身上很癢，位置挺好的吃飯那些也方便，管家人挺好，原本十二點退房我一點退房也沒説啥，就是衞生這塊得改善一下。
