這是我住過有史以來最差的酒店。不止三亞，乃至全國。我們定了三天的套房。是某攝影贈送了兩晚套房後我怕換酒店麻煩自己又續住了一晚。後悔了，太差了。有如下幾點：
1.我們定了三天的套房。是某攝影贈送了兩晚套房後我怕換酒店麻煩自己又續住了一晚。入住當天就收了300按金。我還想現在酒店還有按金呢？我也沒多説什麼，就付款了。當晚由於自己的頭髮前幾天染了顏色，但是都過了五天了，洗都洗六七次了。但是沒想到我不慎將枕套染上了一點顏色，我本沒有在意，以為第二天保潔來打掃房間就給收走了換新的。但是第二天我發現保潔並沒有收拾，而是原封不動還在床上。於是我給前台打電話提出更換枕頭，服務員也沒有多説什麼，來幫我換了新枕頭就走了。
重點來了，等我退房的時候，前台告知我要扣100的按金錢，因為我把枕套染上顏色了。我想問啥枕套一個100元？而且完全可以清洗乾淨的枕套。況且在我提出更換枕套的時候，也沒有任何人告訴我這個染色了要收費。我提出異議後，前台衹是冷冰冰的告訴我有事找我們領導。我接下來行程很緊，也沒時間去battle這件事，就草草退房了。
2.全程前台服務一問三不知。問啥啥不知道。而且外賣不能送進房間我還能理解，但是大堂也不能進，必須去酒店停車場門口取我就理解不了，完全可以讓服務員送進大堂讓顧客自己下樓取吧，非要折騰人到酒店停車場門口，我定外賣就是為了方便，都折騰這麼遠了那我為啥不出去吃？
3.我離店了看評價才知道可以體驗高爾夫。但是從我入住到退房四天三晚內沒有任何服務人員告訴我可以體驗高爾夫項目，你不問，他也不告訴你，包括換枕巾收費，也不告訴你，等你退房了告訴你我要扣錢了，你不滿意就找我們領導。
酒店設施、餐食等就沒法評價了，因為我也沒體驗任何設施，餐食也沒進餐廳，套房迷你吧有個破冰箱裡頭啥也沒有。
很少差評，真實覺得這酒店這樣挺小氣的。以後不會再定了
