1、純民宿（非酒店），使用的是密碼鎖，內部的傢俱有點老舊了；
2、衞生條件有待提升，茶台和電視機枱面有明顯的灰塵（手機放上去會沾灰）；
3、兩家店的店名太過於相似，導致打車容易選錯目的地，浪費車費；
4、早餐不太豐富，衹有包子和粗糧等，缺少飲料、牛奶、水果啥的。
