Stayed for two days. They didn't clean the room when I extended my stay. They said they would clean it. Then they came back at night and said they didn't change the blankets, make the bed, or clean it. They only cleaned it when the guest changed. When I left at 2:00, the aunt was at the door. Before I left, I asked them to change the blankets on the bed and clean up the garbage in the toilet. When I got home at night, there was a big bag of garbage at the door. They didn't collect the bottles in the room. Both rooms were not cleaned. Other things are too lazy to complain. It's useless to ask the front desk. 🤔 He said he was just working and it was wrong to extend the stay.

Viewing the pictures on Trip.com made this place seems amazing. When we arrived at the villa and saw the condition of the apar**ent it wasn't the same at all.
The walls had black mold on them, the windows and glass doors looked like it wasn't clean for a long time. The sofas had mold. The bedrooms smelt damp. The bath tub leaked. The kitchen light was full of dead insects. A few tiles broken in and around the pool. Most of the lights are dull or burnt off.
