民宿位置在三亞灣西海岸，我選的房在2期，相對1期海景房離海邊稍微遠一些，也還好，10幾分鐘也到了。交通上滴滴因為淡季相對便宜很多。所以去哪裡都很方便。公交也很多，不過帶孩子就不建議了，因為要等，天氣還熱。我主要看重安全跟衞生，所以在這裏住了10天。小區的泳池相對大酒店乾淨很多，主要沒酒店人多，物業也有管理，我家娃玩兒的挺好，衞生挺放心。吃飯的話確實不方便，小區周邊沒找到適口的，去海月廣場那裡東北飯店很多，還有好吃的清補涼。住宿期間需要的補給（垃圾袋，衞生紙之類）老闆都有及時送到，櫥櫃裏的電蒸鍋我也拿出來蒸了點兒豆沙包。

小區環境還可以，離海邊也不遠，海景房是可以直接看海的。不好的地方，衞生間很臟，次卧的窗簾透光，我們兩個媽媽帶着兩個孩子拎着兩個超大行李箱，酒店人來接的時候也沒幫忙拿下行李箱，就一直走在離我們很遠的地方，我覺得挺冷漠的。房子是帶廚房的，我需要用廚房給寶寶蒸點蘋果水，他們回覆我住三天要收我們200塊按金，我們用完以後必須全部收好並打掃好衞生，不然就要扣除按金，我們嫌麻
煩沒用。還有我們住的時候下了一場大雨，門口的走廊上全是積水，特別滑，我兒子直接摔了，下雨天一定要注意。如果問我為什麼還要住那麼久，因為帶着娃收拾行李真的是太麻煩了，衹能説下次避坑吧

房間衞生差，沒有瓶裝水提供，直爽的東北老闆告訴我房間裏看到的就有，沒看到的就沒有，房間裏的衞生紙就一小卷，衹好自己買來補充，也不太像20年開業的樣子，照片和實際差異比較大。總之，在海南是一間比較差的公寓民宿，尤其是在三亞。
