先説優點，房間很大，淡季也有一定性價比，有電視有沙發，雖然在二樓但是透光性還行，但整體服務是很差的一次入住體驗！！！
1、開車到小區門口保安不讓進，打電話想先看下房間再訂，直接被告知直接預訂了好了反正一百多，意思是不預訂就不用帶看了，我想來都來了，就下單了（無法取消的那種房間）
2、帶我們看房的時候主動聲稱免費幫我們升了房，要好評（這時候就感覺有套路，但我覺得如果真的住的舒服也會給好評，但不是交換！！！）
3、沙發上有蟲子！躺了會渾身癢，起紅點，紅腫疼痛，客廳房間裏好多螞蟻在爬……
4、浴缸蜘蛛都結網了
5、馬桶沖完不續水，我用洗澡間花灑加的水！！
6、洗衣機設施有，沒有一次性的洗衣液需要自行購買
7、重點！！重點！！退按金非常不痛快，一直要求好評！説好退房當天下午6點財務退按金，結果在6點前一直被酒店管傢俬聊要好評，理由是公司業績要求、我給你升了房、20塊錢返現幫個忙。過了晚上7點還沒退按金，就是不給好評卡着不退，又是財務請假了，又是公司內部不好交代了。後續投訴到攜程客服介入，才退！
總結:以上均是如實反饋！！…本次入住體驗很差，浪費了大量時間和情緒處理此事，影響旅遊心情，希望店家重視真實的服務反饋！
