小區安靜距離景點都很近，特別是管家的服務非常到位，房子很新很乾凈該有的東西都有，特別安利直接住就行不需要考慮

這裡有送餐服務，房間很大，很適合自駕家庭遊。離熱帶天堂公園也很近，開車10分鐘左右就到了。環境安靜，有小童泳池。

作為度假用的酒店非常好，自助入住方便，房間乾淨整潔，小區環境好，隔音和遮光做的很棒，唯二的問題：一是離景點稍遠一點，外賣不太好訂，但是打車很方便，車可以直接來到樓底下；還有就是有炊具和餐具，但是沒有油鹽調味品，我點外賣訂了包子想調個醋碟都不行😵💫

這家所謂別墅酒店是此次海南環島遊體驗感最差的酒店，沒有之一，高達近1500的兩居室環境，服務，位置等不如我在三亞灣的五分之一，那裡的價格是這家的三分之一。首先位置非常差，應該是亞龍灣後面山裡的農村，用前不着村後不着店來形容完全符合。不論到亞龍灣還是海棠灣吃飯都得近半小時。關鍵這個酒店就是在山裡，不知道在一個海濱城市把酒店建在山裡農村是啥意思。應該是以前開發的樓盤沒人買就放出來做酒店。再説服務，完全自助式服務，沒人接待，密碼開門，這也正常。關鍵是小區還另外收取停車費，出入一次算一次，雖然不多，但是體驗感非常差，收了這麼貴的房費停車感覺就是住小區一樣每次還要付錢，雖然後來管家補貼了停車費用，但是真心希望不要收，旁邊全是荒山，應該不會有不住在這裏的人來蹭車位吧，唯一能解釋的就是這裏都是外地長租户。另外衞生狀況糟糕透頂，電視機櫃子下面的煙灰缸都全是香煙蒂，因為周邊全是荒山，而且不含早，所以買了餃子準備早上煮，但是被告知用過要洗乾淨，否則收50元打掃費，説實話對於衞生狀況我都不放心用他的餐具。如果是來體驗三亞海濱城市的勸大家千萬別選這裏。

小區裏的公寓樓，條件一般，房頂廣泛發黴，衞生也一般，不開車就不要住這裏了，周圍餐飲也都不方便。
從入住到離開全程不用跟管家見面，網上聯繫就可以了。
性價比不高。
