個人出行入住的這家店。設施比同價位的其它旅店可靠一些。雖然地址在老樓裏，但是並不潮濕發黴，這一點三亞老城區很多經濟型酒店都很難做到。老闆人很熱情。

來旅遊的一定不要訂，長住找工作之類的可以考慮因為確實很便宜，大樓沒有電梯要走樓梯，有聲控燈但比較陰森，房間衞生堪憂，成羣赤身男士常年居住，來旅遊肯定就是睡上鋪，而且比較有意思的是上鋪床比下鋪窄一段，衹有晚上開空調這點其實很好很環保，主要是衞生環境和住宿氛圍實在是一言難盡，再次忠告來旅遊的話千萬千萬不要定，主要考慮價格的倒確實是首選。

雖然居住處條件不是很好，但房東也儘量提供他可以提供的一切，租客們非常友善。總的來説，這個價格的天花板了。
要是完全是來旅遊的，十分推薦，可以省下玩水的💰💰

住宿環境寬敞，老顧客了，有廚房可以做飯，有露天大陽台可以晾衣服，房間很温馨，床也比較舒適，住客也很友善，高素質！講衞生！有禮貌！
廚房做完菜後，需要自己清理枱麪廚具衞生！懶惰成性！不講衞生的人！所有人都不歡迎！！！！！！公共公寓！！美好環境靠大家！！

新店新開的店房間乾淨整潔，第一時間看到果斷選擇了這家新開的店 被子枕頭也都很舒服，床墊是乳膠床墊 柔軟舒適枕頭 被子 周邊也有很多去的地方，離海邊非常近。店主帥哥人也超好，很喜歡總之是一次不錯的入住體驗，特別非常非常推薦。這家青旅很不錯，房間温暖舒適，晚上安靜 大家都睡得很好 地
