朋友介紹訂的這家民宿，帶着試試看的心情就訂了一晚，從訂房後溝通到入住，老闆都是熱情接待，到了房間也是很滿意的，很乾凈，一看就能看出保潔做事很用心，很到位，枕頭被罩都新換的，沒有異味，房間通風好，隔音效果也挺好的，因為在小區裏面，所以很安靜沒有噪音，設施到位，價格也挺便宜，性價比高！房間很大很寬敞舒適！離免税店很近，每天還有免費送免税店的服務，附近就是酒店帶，吃喝玩樂都很方便，出門就有海南小吃，晚上有一條小吃一條街，真的很好吃！前台小哥熱情周到，服務到位，值得贊值得推薦的一個良心民宿

房間環境也特別好，店家人也特別好。整個小鎮都很適合居住，小鎮環境也好。周圍吃的也很多，有一個夜市，距離三亞國際免税店，後海村都距離不太遠，而且椰子比市區的便宜，下次來三亞還是會選擇居住在這裏，感受很好。謝謝三亞帶給我們蜜月完美的體驗。

民宿很滿意的一次體驗感，小區環境很好很安靜，陽台後面沒有任何遮擋，一片綠油油的，空氣也很好。公寓離免税店和亞特蘭蒂斯 水族館很近 打車三公里起步價就到了，出門兩百米有美食街和夜市，吃飯選擇很多。房間打掃的很乾凈，樓上樓下都有衞生間，使用很方便，整體服務還不錯，前台很熱情也很有親和力，有機會下次再光臨，對了，辦完入住還有觀光車送你去房間哦

首先第一點前台服務特別周到，時刻關心幫助旅客，切實解決問題。 第二點住宿環境好，住房乾淨衞生安全，我居住的是loft複式樓房，環境乾淨衞生，最主要特別舒適，適合各位旅客居住，也是來三亞近幾天住的最舒適，服務最周到的。 最後一點還是給予酒店五星好評，服務周到。

這個酒店在一個高檔小區裏，我定的複式家庭房，跟家裡的感覺，床大，樓上樓下各一個衞生間，衞生間也寬敞，24小時熱水，特別喜歡大陽台實話坐坐，晾曬衣服。還有出行很方便，出小區外面就是美食街，各種美食，距離免税店很近特別方便。

總體還行吧，能住。老闆也比較友好。
衞生間的天花板漏水，公共衞生間的門鎖不上，負一樓需要開窗通風；
畢竟是一樓和負一樓，房間採光不算很好。
這家民宿位於一個大型小區裏，民宿店鋪較多，可以多作比較選擇。700多能住一個雙層套房我覺得價格也是很香了。
老闆解釋説過年期間沒有工人修理也可以理解。
