環境：小區綠化很好，建築也很新。離椰夢長廊特近，步行10分鐘可到。
設施：所見即所得，屋子面朝大海，通風也很好，有空調。累了就待着看電視也不錯。可以做飯，有冰箱。

房間很大很乾凈，寬敞明亮，入住三天以上可以免費接機或送機，樓層高的可以看到大海，離海邊沙灘很近，下樓小區轉出去就是大海，停車很方便，可以停在小區裏面，聯繫老闆就可以，住的也更舒服，這老闆服務態度更不用説了，非常之不錯，給我解決了很多問題，很不錯的入住體驗，不給個好評自己都覺得不太好意思了,真心實意給好評.

來三亞旅遊訂房是首要的任務，我們提前找了幾家民宿，選到了老闆家，來了以後發現真的預訂太值了，空間很大，老闆還準備了浴巾在房間，房東告訴我們晚上附近海邊可以日落很漂亮，也可以抓寄居蟹，謝謝房東為我們跑來跑去，祝他生意興隆，離開的時候孩子依依不捨，老闆娘邀請下次再回來入住，下次再來就不用選擇了，直奔這裏，推薦五顆星.

民宿衞生很乾凈，離市區也不遠，打車十幾分鍾，房東老闆服務熱情，到的時候老闆娘親自帶去房間，回覆消息也很快，洗漱用品刷牙給準備，性價比非常高的一家民宿.服務品質非常好.

來三亞旅遊，這是選擇的第一家民宿，非常棒的體驗，老闆給安排了一個可以看到海的房間，非常驚喜，房間整體衞生乾淨衞生，南北通透，並且服務也很好，親自帶我們去房間，房間缺少什麼東西可以立即幫忙送來，很值，推薦大家來.

當天晚上到已經是十點多了，人很累了，就想趕緊休息，房間好像很久沒人住的感覺，燒水壺都有螞蟻，衞生間也有很重的味道，幸虧自己帶了旅行床單，不然沒辦法睡了，房子附近什麼都沒有，想吃點什麼都沒有，點外賣也衹能送到小區門口，不讓上樓，得自己下樓去取，小區停車是自費的，每天15，而且房子很偏僻，房間沒有圖片上那麼好，入住後總覺得有點陰森，後來才發現站在陽台上往下看，不遠處有一塊兒穆斯林墓地，現在想想都覺得瘮人，還好我們是一大家人入住，要不是一下子定了好幾天，我都想退了，重新定酒店，海南之旅總體感覺不好，宰客很厲害，吃，住，行，玩兒，大家都需要謹慎了，反正我是不會再去了，體驗感極差

設施：很老舊的小區，設備陳舊
衞生：床單臟，窗簾破舊擋不了窗，沒有一次性拖鞋，熱水器洗澡怕爆炸
環境：老小區很難找，沒有門禁卡進不去
服務：本來説給我們升級到7樓住，聽我們説早上退房，説這屋裡蟑螂沒消殺好還有一兩個，又給換到四樓（沒有一樓實際就是三樓）樹擋窗户，不知道前台在哪裡，總體很差！
