We stayed in these apartments in Sanya for a week. The place was clean, the bed linens were fresh and tidy, and the check-in went smoothly. However, there are a few things to be aware of.
The apartment didn’t quite match the photos shown on the website — especially the kitchen. It looked very different in real life, and the stove didn’t feel safe to use. There was no toilet paper provided, and the towels and bed linens were not changed during the whole week. Also, the room was not cleaned even once during our stay.
If you plan to book these apartments, be prepared that the actual condition may differ from the pictures, and there is no housekeeping service during your stay.
Overall, the stay was fine — the location is convenient, everything you need is nearby, and the experience was generally okay. Thank you!

明明訂的是海景房，結果對面全是房子擋住的老闆還硬要説能看得見，不過經過溝通以後決定還是將就住了；然後用洗衣機洗到一半洗衣機用不了了，打了老闆好幾個電話都沒有接，無奈衹能自己手洗；然後洗澡衹有浴巾連毛巾都沒有一條，再然後是那個空調，噪音非常大，不開又熱開了吵的根本睡不着！

入住後沒檢查床放了行李入住回來床上全是蟲子無法入住我們要求退款商家説我們找事大半夜很影響心情最後投訴三天才給結果才給了37塊錢我們大晚上十二點又搬行李換了新酒店很差的體驗這家民宿其他房間環境都特別差床上都黃色的乾淨的這個還是有蟲子大家別來這張民宿住推薦找好一點的酒店商家態度很惡劣

這是最差的一次民宿體驗，最噁心的民宿老闆！！！經常旅遊住民宿，之前每次都好評滿滿，相處愉快，生平第一次給差評！提前半個月預訂鹿畔陽光套房住宿兩天，入住時民宿老闆直接給引到另一個裝修破舊，衞生臟亂的房間，我説這不是我訂的房間。老闆説我定的房間有別人住了，給我兩個選擇，要麼住這個要麼退訂！我入住時已是晚上六點，孩子還沒吃飯，跟老闆商量起碼退個差價補償一下。老闆一口回絕，愛住不住，愛去哪投訴去哪投訴！迫於無奈跟攜程投訴後住下（攜程同意給補償，並且第二天換房），溝通完發現鹿畔陽光的第二天房間仍然可以預訂，老闆套路滿滿啊，用那一間房吸引遊客預訂，遊客入住時換成其他破舊房間，很多遊客為了不掃興無奈住下，這不是釣魚民宿麼。廁所小便沖水都能溢出來，幸虧看之前評價沒有上大號！想用廚房要50元一天。屋裡所有的燈都是最低瓦數，連一包紙巾都不給準備，陳年拖鞋一股臭味。太多坑了，不勝枚舉！望其他遊客以我為鑒，避坑繞路！
