到三亞第一晚住的民宿，老闆很好，幫我們升級了房間。位置離大東海非常近，步行幾分鐘就到了，周圍也有很多好吃的，性價比超高

這個酒店離大東海確實是挺近的走路10 分鐘樣子就能到 裝修還不錯 整體還可以沒什麼臟的地方 就是前台希望多培訓 開錯門這種最基本事不要再發生對任何一個住客來説都很麻煩很害怕 因為出來玩想着開心一點也沒多計較 老闆幫我們換個房就算了

【優點】
1，地理位置極佳，就在市區內，從民宿到周邊的超市便利店、夏日百貨，大東海度假區等等，步行不超過800米都能到，出行很便利~
2，房間整體來説還是比較寬敞的，也很乾凈衞生
3，民宿是在小區裏面，不挨着馬路，所以環境很安靜睡覺很好入眠
4，有泳池，面積雖不大，但能有還是很棒的，小朋友會很喜歡
5，房型豐富，無論什麼房型的性價比都很高
【個人認為可以優化的地方】
1，衹有廁所有捲紙，房間內沒有抽紙
2，浴室沒有一次性浴帽和一次性刮鬍刀
3，梳粧台沒有枱燈

進到屋子第一眼就是後悔了，看起來不太乾淨，晚上洗澡水不熱，桌子腿還是壞的，衞生間不太敢用，體驗感最差的民宿不會再來了，以後還是住酒店吧

很乾凈很INS風的一家民宿，很符合我的要求!!!基本上就是偏向於韓式風格給人一種小清新的感覺，不知道為什麼這種感覺就讓人很舒服，房間裏的裝修是我喜歡的類型，主要是前台服務很熱情，很到位，小哥哥小姐姐都很好説話連住了幾天每次從外面回來都感覺像是回了家一樣，民宿還有一日遊推薦玩着很放心，熱情的工作人員還很貼心的告訴我們怎麼避坑哈哈哈！衞生什麼的就更不用多説了由於是在小區裏位置可能會有點難找，不過進了小區往左轉就有指示牌還可以。小區裏還可以免費停車，總而言之就是絕絕子

便宜，服務態度好，隔音差，衞生狀況良好（至少態度比較到位，海邊便宜房子能這樣已經很不錯了），離海邊近，離市區近，10分鐘內能到鹿回頭、大東海景區。有不少長租帶寵物人員。
