連續幾年來三亞旅行，每次都選擇不一樣的酒店入住。此次第一站選擇了泰康之家，原木與白色搭配，很是ins風，看着舒適拍照也很出片，晚上的入夜儀式也很有意思，小朋友第一次體驗很是喜歡。入住期間遇到一些小問題，在賓客關係部Ruby主任的協調下都得到了完美的解決，使得行程滿意度大大提升。提幾個建議，希望早餐能再豐富些，另外酒店主打親子是否方便在小童泳池旁配備一些小童泳圈等產品，但瑕不掩瑜，希望越來越好

酒店環境很不錯，管家小姐姐也很貼心，因為是淡季，還給升級成了海景房，體驗很不錯👍，泳池環境也不錯，就是因為時間關係，沒有好好玩有點遺憾

這次的酒店住宿非常滿意，酒店設計感十足，早餐非常豐盛，服務態度熱情周到，尤其是管家小徐熱情周到的服務讓這次旅行錦上添花，所有事情都幫我們想到了，真的很感謝她。
