Very spacious and well-equipped apartment with nice view.
Has many areas around for walking.

餐廳兩張桌子、四把椅子，邊上還放了很多換洗的床單被套，清潔用品，用個屏風隨意遮了一下，看起來很亂。衞生間角落裡到處是黑的，給人感覺不乾淨。卧室陽台也是很多灰塵，衞生條件有待改進。可能300出頭在三亞也衹能住這種吧

簡短的説，最差，沒有之一
1. 攜程上寫着享受權益： 中午12點可入住。有點期待，到了地方，服務人員卻説，你找攜程去，攜程寫的跟她沒關係。好吧，那就等下午2點。進去發現沒有電，給服務人員打電話，説在醫院帶孩子。一頓操作，直到下午6點才來了電。
2. 住房第二天，外出遊玩歸來，打開門卻突然出現一個人，説是打掃衞生的。我説沒讓打掃衞生的來呀，那人説是公司安排的，跟她沒關係。我説不經同意，沒有告知，你這是算入室搶劫了吧。大媽就靠在那兒，斜眼看着我。到最後，服務人員也沒有過來解釋，微信，電話都沒有，那個大媽一句道歉也沒有説，衹是當著我的麪，從洗衣機裏取走了她漿洗的衣物。我站在原地，看着洗衣機，再也沒有了用的想法。
分析：借客服的原話：面積大，設施好，還便宜…雖然的確是這樣，但也不能把房客不當回事，因為我們房客出了錢。既然你收了我們房客的錢，也得到了攜程的宣傳，就得保持最起碼的尊重，和最起碼的感恩之心。但事實上並沒有。

衞生確實不行，打掃的不乾淨房間與宣傳照完全不符，樓層衹有低樓層6F房間內有冰箱洗衣機，陽台有做飯的地方大平層的視覺相當贊，床品乾淨，毛巾還是自帶吧，拖鞋也有不是一次性的不敢穿，自己帶了。陽台有晾衣架夜晚不關門，風吹着睡覺的感覺簡直不要太美好，蓋着被子不冷民宿老闆服務不錯總之，推薦這家民宿，價格稍高一丟丟

三亞多民宿，那些酒店式公寓小區基本都是民宿，這家應該是新開的，裝修設施都很新，床品也乾淨，做好了一客一換，但是我要提建議了，老闆，床底下也要打掃的吧，如果覺得麻煩，可以考慮不要這種中空的床，我發現住民宿酒店衹要這種床都會忽略床底。。。現在我選擇酒店或者民宿的要求，還得考慮床底了。我現在還海口的一家民宿，可以考慮用這種床，至少床底進不去垃圾，然後還有其實可以不要用地毯墊子的，你想想住客每次洗澡穿着濕拖鞋還有穿着鞋子走來走去，長期下去地毯又臟又有味道，以本人住了這麼多酒店還有民宿的經驗來看，地毯真的拉胯，有些網紅裝修是真的雞肋，老闆考慮考慮下我提出的問題。床底的垃圾，和那個地毯真的拉低了整個房間的評價。
