I originally wanted to book the mangroves in Yalong Bay, but accidentally booked the mangroves in Sanya Bay. Liang Kun, the front desk manager, heard that the room type was upgraded directly when checking in. The garden view room is very beautiful, and it is even better after checking in. Ask in time if you need help, and the attitude is very good. On the third day, we planned to move to Queen’s Palm. Liang Kun helped to change the garden view room again. This kind of holiday was warmed up by the enthusiastic hotel service staff who always cared for the guests, making Sanya a city full of humanity! Mangrove Forest is indeed the largest resort hotel in Asia. It covers a huge area, the hotel is clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet is great, and the children in the water world are super happy. Everything was great. The service was amazing, special thanks to Boris, he helped us to move around the city and recommended places to eat. The rooms are clean and spacious, big terrace with view to the garden was a good choice. I totally recommend this hotel, we travelled with our 6 months baby and everyone was so attentive with her.

Quite a number of buses ply at a stop about 100m from hotel to sightseeing spots but have difficulty crossing the road if returning on the other side of the road (alternative is to wait for bus to loop at railway station). There's an electric tram stop nearby too.

The corridor was much wider than that of ordinary standard hotels, because I booked a double room with double beds. Double breakfast, I was very satisfied when I walked in. It was exactly what I expected. Building A seems very quiet. There is a swimming pool downstairs outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the dark blue pool tiles look beautiful. The usage rate of the gym is not high. Although there are not many equipments, I can only use it by myself. The breakfast changes every day and is quite rich. The floor cleaner Li Qionghua is an enthusiastic and proactive employee with a strong sense of service and is serious and responsible. Overall, I am very impressed. I will stay here again when I come to Sanya, and I will also recommend it to my friends.

This resort is a one-stop place. You have everything in one place. It has excellent amenities, from restaurants to shopping areas. It is also convenient for going places. The rooms are big and spacious. We love the overlooking view into the resort. The are many choices for morning breakfast. The only thing that we didn't like was the old scent of the room.
