Situado en el barrio de Sao Caetano, se encuentra a 45 min del aeropuerto internacional de Guarulhos, aunque el tiempo de acceso depende de la hora del dia Un hotel muy funcional, para negocios, con un check-in rápido, personal muy atento y un buen servicio wifi en el hotel. Además dispone de servicios como gimnasio en un hotel colindante de categoria superior Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, con una decoración funcional, cama de tamaño extra grande y un escritorio de trabajo. Buen confort térmico y algo peor el acústico, oyéndose las conversaciones de otras habitaciones. El baño adecuado con pequeño tamaño y servicio de dispensador de champu y acondicionador. Pocos complementos de baño. El desayuno buffet correcto, sin mas, con mucha circulación de personal. Es una buena elección para estancias de 2-3 días. Altamente recomendable

The hotel has a great structure... but it leaves it to desire in the service of staff. The receptionist does not report where the environments are at check in.. there was no conference at check out anyone. The restaurant's dinner service was bad for the garbage. A.comida the price is not worth. The pool was dirty and there was no official to take care of. Third-staking nobody picks up the bag when it arrives.

Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The house keeping was reliable, cleaning the room daily (although one day they missed our room and we had to call the front desk to request they come do it at 3pm, which they do with little fuss). There is no pool at this hotel, which is unfortunate, however there is a VERY modest gym on the first floor. The big drawcard for this hotel is its proximity to ParkShopping São Caetano, with all of its bars, cinemas, shops and restaurants.
