We booked the room with lightshow, because we were curious about it. The show was nice and it was about 15 mins long that runs once a day at 10pm. You can also watch the show in the bar or on the TV and you really only need to watch it once to understand what it's about. Also it's important to book a room on the 2/3 floor to really enjoy the show, otherwise you would be looking down at it.
We wouldn't book a room for the light show again because it doesn't worth the price difference, but for sure the hotel is very nice and the room is comfortable and for sure we will stay there again.

On the first night in Lisbon, we checked in late. The room was average, and the overall facilities were relatively new. The next morning, we had to catch an early flight, so we asked the hotel to pack our breakfast. The breakfast was average (not worth it), and they charged us 5 euros for two boxes.

My overall experience was good but the only downside for me is the location. It needs a long walk, around 20-30 mins, to get to the main city area. I had to get a taxi or Bolt to return hotel every night.
The room was clean with a large king size bed. The room size is reasonable. We were on the first floor facing the street, it was quite at night. Slippers were provided on request. The staffs were very polite and friendly. There were no problem in communication in English. They also suggested a lots restaurants and attractions for us to consider.
The lobby is spacious with a TV and also lots of seating area. There was a small gym room in the basement.
We had a comfortable and great stay with Lumen Hotel.

Located in the downtown area, the breakfast is rich and varied, free parking is available, the front desk service is meticulous and thoughtful. It was supposed to be a good start, but there was no cleaning for three consecutive days. The first day was to respond to the promotion of environmental protection, but for three days‼ ️Even the towels were not changed😅

The location is 3 minutes away from the subway station, but there are many stairs, and it is on the yellow line and you have to change lines to go to most attractions.
