It's a Ibis. If you have any advantage in Ibis Hotels, you're not surprised at anything. They are all the same. A simple room with good cleaning, a TV with some channels, a OK internet and a bad cost-benefit in general. Morning coffee, if you don't make a meal that fills your stomach and compensates for lunch, the price is not justified. There were two only reasons to host me in this hotel when I am working in that region, which is its location, which is very close to the region of good bars and restaurants of São José do Rio Preto and the loyalty program ALL (I am Platinum). I do not consider that the score has been made anymore, for no reasons. So, as I lost the main reason to host hotels in this network, it is a hotel I remove from my list of options in a new opportunity. It is more expensive, but it is, indeed, more hotel.

The hotel is new and located in a recently developed area of Rio Preto. There is a mall across the street with many restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. They have a wonderful breakfast with everything you need to get you going in the morning. The pool area on the top floor is a beautiful place to relax. I felt very safe and secure in the hotel, as well.

The reception service and the hotel can be described as excellent. The hotel room is perceived as a new model, including a model that is often found in Europe, but the walls are so thin that you can hear everything that happens in the hall and surrounding rooms. Morning, eight hours ago, the cleaning women began cleaning the unobsessed rooms and did not look at the noise they made, so that I, who was in a hotel, would like to have sleeped at least ten, with the noise that was going, I couldn't sleep anymore. As anyway, great location, excellent restaurant service.

De longe uns dos piores Hotéis da Hilton que eu já fiquei. Tive problemas desde o check inn até o check out. Nunca fui tão mal recepcionado. Logo no check inn, a recepção estava lotada com uma fila gigante de carros parados no alpendre de entrada, onde eu estacionei e fui fazer o check inn. Não encontrei nenhum manobrista e por isso, simplesmente parei na fila e fui para a recepção. Dos 3 atendentes, 2 estavam conversando juntos e vendo mensagens pelo whatsapp e rindo. Eles estavam no guichê do Hilton Honors, enquanto o outro estava lotado e o outro vazio sem ninguém atendendo lá, enquanto o outro atendente no guichê do meio atendia a fila gigante desesperado. Até ai tudo bem, normal. depois de encarar uma fila de 30 minutos, no meio do meu check inn um destes atendentes que estava ”desocupado” veio falar que o meu carro estava atrapalhando a fila e eu tinha que tirar ele do local, sendo que eu já estava no meio do processo. Na entrada do hotel existem diversas placas de que não se pode estacionar na redondeza, porém ali estava repleto de carros que ficaram lá estacionados durante toda a minha estadia. Ao terminar o check inn, o recepcionista me explicou muito mal onde era o estacionamento, e nem como proceder com o ticket de estacionamento. O próprio complexo está muito mal sinalizado de maneira geral. Dentro do estacionamento (no subsolo 1), não fica claro também qual elevador é o mais próximo da entrada do hotel, por conta disso, parei perto de um que era longe da recepção. Fiquei surpreso que este Hilton não possuía uma piscina no calor de Rio Preto. Tanto que no dia assim que eu sai do elevador, tinha uma família que estava hospedada no hotel e estava dentro dos espelhos d'água do mall (3 adultos e 1 criança), ficaram lá tomando cerveja dentro dos espelhos. Todos... simplesmente todos os funcionários do hotel que se horrorizavam com esta cena, simplesmente não fizeram nada para ir lá avisar que aquilo não era piscina. Antes de ir para o quarto, fizemos uma pequena pausa no bar do hotel, cujo o barman muito agradável e preparou alguns drinks excelentes. Para acompanhar, pedi uma porção mista de pastel frito (carne / queijo). Uns 15 minutos depois que eu pedi, veio um cozinheiro dizendo que não tinha queijo, se eu me importava em comer somente os de carne, achei estranho, pois diversos itens do cardápio levavam queijo, mas tudo bem. Ao chegar no quarto, excelente cama, excelente chuveiro, excelente acústica (pois não se ouve nada). Mas, como nem tudo são flores, de Amenities somente tinha 1 sabãozinho de barra e 1 frasco de sabão liquido. Dentro do chuveiro, tinha 2 frascos grandes de shampoo e condicionador, mas o de shampoo estava vazio. Descemos novamente para darmos uma volta pelo complexo e as 16:00 da tarde, simplesmente todas as lojas estavam fechadas. A casa de vinho, o Blue Jasmin, o Japonês, A cervejaria, ou seja; nada para se fazer no hotel no período da tarde. Muitas lojas estão vazias. O café é excepcional também, muito bem
