We made an appointment for 2 adults and a 2 year old child. Unfortunately, 1 day before, our daughter ended up in isolation due to Covid symptoms. We explained the situation, we even sent the isolation declaration, and we didn't even want the money, we just wanted a voucher to be able to use later, as it wasn't something we could predict. They were so friendly (but not), they just replied that neither a voucher nor a refund of the amount was possible and that it would be due to cancellation costs!! We are super disappointed!!
