Hotel Pan Americano

The hotel is not bad but it is an old hotel. It certainly needs modernization. But it is very clean and very attentive staff. With regard to breakfast there are varieties of food but note that they didn't repound but that things remained from previous days. The hotel is also in favour of its own parking, which in Sao Paulo is a real find if you rent a car is a quiet to have parking in the same hotel. The area where you are located is the area of discotheques bars while the two squares around the hotel are discotheques are not very good you can walk to about three squares and you are already beginning to see another type of best-level bars and restaurants . The hotel is located close to the station of under two squares and the supermarket and pharmacy. The hotel is super clean and well located and the attention is excellent but don't expect modernity or luxury . On the other hand, and here if the 10 comes to this hotel and with great applause is that when arrived in my country my husband realized that I had forgotten money in the room. I send a mail to the hotel every two days and they automatically answered that the money had it and returned it to us.

When I come to the SP I usually stay in that hotel. The network changed manager and ceased to be part of the Qualit network. From there it became impossible to host. I tried last time at julho/2022. The reception is a horrible thing. The hotel is scheduled for 15:00h, we arrived at 13:30h. We knew that the room would probably not be available, our plan was to leave the baggage and we went out for lunch. I admit that every hotel has rules and always respects them, so the problem is not the rule, it is how it is said. In the guarita, we asked the hotel portman if we could leave the bags. He asked: What time is check in? I found the question strange, but I answered, 15:00h. He looked out the watch and said: it's 13:30 can come back right there! That's ways to get a guest? I don't think! We went out and returned at 17:00h. We went to the reception where one girl was taking care of another. I was longing with a good afternoon! The other guest answered with a good afternoon! The receptionist didn't even say to me, did not answer and half an hour after she gave me the following information: Please call this number and check in yourself. No length, no smile. Finally!! Education zero. The room is good, wide, but without any hygiene! We stayed two days and we saw nothing cleaning, nor washing out of the waste, nothing! The balcony is just a cleaning, a lot of dust, and you're looking for another.

Minhocao
Wonderful stay, rooms are modernized and up to date. Plenty of vibrant, exciting nightlife nearby for those who are into socializing and drinking. Those who like peace and quiet, this is not the location for you-as it is within steps of the party 🎉🎉🎉. Obrigado por todo!

Great location in the heart of Consolaçao neighbourhood and easy walk to Avenida Paulista, with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and other things around. I arrived to Sao Paulo on the night bus and got really early check-in at no extra cost. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was super big with aircon, comfortable bed, but wifi was problematic throughout of my weekend stay. It went on and off all the time, even after the staff did a router reset upon my request. Good choice for buffet breakfast. The negative thing was that they allowed visitors to room only for 30mins and if exceeded I was told they would charge R$50 per visitor, and that is almost 50% of the price I paid for room per night. Previously I have stayed in two other hotels in Sao Paulo and many hotels around Brazil and there was never a similar rule. Nonetheless Hotel Mocloa was a good value for money.

With over 40 years of living in the neighborhood, this hotel surprised me with cleaning, ( sensational) service and comfort. Morning breakfast, could be a little more complete - cheese bread, natural orange juice, some kinds of cheese..., but the selection of fruit and great!!! Ah! In the room you could remove the carpet (although clean) and put a floor, wood (whether would be more cool and modern ) or cold floor - my opinion 😉 But in short, it is worth the benefit cost! I recommend!
