Old hotel, but with good structure. Positive points: - good value for money; - attentive staff; - room cleaning; - room size; - have a nice breakfast; - extremely fast check-out. Points for improvement: - the restaurant is closed; - there is no room service; - empty fridge. If you want a drink, you have to buy it at reception; - risk of falling into the bathroom stall while taking a shower: there is no non-slip floor or rug; - in the bathroom there is nowhere to hang towels near the shower or sink; - any movement made on the bed causes it to move or the mattress to move out of place; - small sheets for the size of the mattress. They come out and get tangled up on it.

With more than 40 years of existence in the neighborhood, this hotel surprised me with its cleanliness, service (amazing) and amenities. Very well located! The breakfast could be a little more complete - cheese bread, natural orange juice, some types of cheese..., but the fruit selection is great!!! Oh! In the room, they could remove the carpet (although it was clean) and install a wooden floor (it would be more cozy and modern) or tiled flooring - my opinion😉 But in short, it's worth the value for money! I recommend!

Few attentive and helpful staff. Cleaning team leaves something to be desired. Bad shower. Bad split. Vinícius and the breakfast employee saved my short stay. I would have liked to have paid the amount charged in installments, but they vehemently refused.

I really liked the hotel! Clean, large room, excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, very good breakfast! The only observation is regarding the shower that is leaking water, it needs to be grouted. When I return to São Paulo, I will definitely stay there... I recommend it!

Excelent reception. Very kind and friendly staff in all sectors. Very welcoming environment. The location of the hotel is very practical, with lots of shops nearby and easy access to other places. Very clean room, laminate flooring, impeccable bed and bath linens. And silent! Breakfast with plenty of variety.
