If I came to Sao Paulo, I would stay in this hotel. It’s in the heart of busniess distric in the city. The hotel is luxuries but simple. The staffs greet me politely and willing to help. Great food at the restaurant

The service at this hotel is exceptional!  The staff is very friendly and accommodating.  The welcome drink was a nice touch.   The rooms are comfortable and could use a little updating. It was difficult not having a plug near the bed or a clock in the room, so it was difficult knowing what time it was when you’re laying in bed.  But they did provide water and an outlet converter, which was thoughtful. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!  I really enjoyed showering at this hotel.   I did go the the gym, which was small, but nice. I wish they had towels available to wipe off sweat during your workout. The pool is also on the roof and it looked very private and relaxing.   The restaurant is also very luxurious. The breakfast offerings looked very tasty!  Overall a great stay!

I stayed for three times in 2021, mor more than 10 days, at L’ Hotel PortoBay in São Paulo and I was always impressed by the outstanding quality of the service I received. The hotel is very well located, it is an oasis of tranquility and comfort in the hart of the city.

The staff was very nice and helpful, from the reception to room service, laundry and cleaning of the room. The room was good and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and varied. We really enjoyed our staying at this hotel.
