Infelizmente fiquei hospedada neste hotel por 10 dias. Quando nos hospedamos em um hotel, buscamos local, produto e serviço. Apesar do local ser ótimo, o atendimento é tão ruim que não justifica a estadia! Fiz uma cirurgia e precisei me hospedar aqui. Solicitei um quarto com fogao, ao chegar no hotel este quarto nao estava reservado, Então me deram um ”upgrade”para a cobertura mas como eu estava num dos cirurgiao eu precisava de um apto terreo com cozinha que reservei mas nao tinha Acabei ficando no único que tinha uma escada caracol. Avisei que talvez tivesse que prolongar minha estada, fui informada que deveria solicitar um dia antes. No final da minha estadia, ao solicitar, fui informada que teria que pagar uma diaria 4xs (QUATRO VEZES) o valor da diaria que eu estava pagando ou que eles me cobrariam o equivalente a DUAS DIARIAS DE MULTA POR LATE CHECKOUT!!!! Eu nao solicitei late checkout pois nao queria sair do hotel mas também achei um DESCASO AO CLIENTE além de quererem me cobrar um VALOR ABSURDO Ao reclamar na recepcao me informaram para ligar no 0800 pois eles nao poderiam fazer nada na recepcao !!! Um dos piores atendimentos em hoteis que ja fiquei. Apesar de super bem localizado, NÃO FICARIA NEM DE GRAÇA. NÃO VOLTO NÃO RECOMENDO

I stayed in a night, just to sleep, and it worked super well! The apartment was very spacious, had a good room, bathroom and room, had a air-conditioned room and one in the room, both worked well. The bathroom was good, especially the shower. The only point I didn't like the room was that the bedroom was a little old. The location is excellent. The cost-benefit was good.

Inicialmente eu ficaria 5 dias no hotel, porém acabei ficando 20 dias. Todos os funcionários me trataram de maneira excepcional e eu pude ver que todos ali estavam fazendo seu melhor. Do pessoal da recepção, ao restaurante e da limpeza, todos foram incríveis!!!! Sem contar que a localização é perfeita!!! **** I was supposed to stay at Staybridge for 5 nights but ended up staying for 20 nights. Every single staff member was incredible in the way the treated me and cared for me during my stay, I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thank you so much to all the exceptional people in this place. Not to mention that the location is superb!!!

I have been staying at The Capital for the past 11 years and every stay is surprisingly better than the last one. Not only the Hotel keeps improving the structure, remodeling, and updating the rooms. But most of the staff remains the same for all this time and that says a lot ! It's very pleasant to arrive to the hotel and find my friends that knows my name, always ask how's my wife and kids are doing, and go above and beyond to make my stay extremely easy smooth. I would like to personally thank Vanessa, Carolina, George, Hian, Lima, Danielle and Samuel for all the care and attention you all have with me !! See you all in December !!

Located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of central SP with excellent restaurants in a safe walking distance. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruit. Large and very clean rooms. Bed, pillows of high quality. Strangely on my first night i had an iron (board) in the room; coming back two days later for a second night, no such amenity in the room (quite useful for long term travelers). Reception seems to be understaffed for a hotel of this size, but they made up for the waiting with friendliness. Cabs drive up constantly so no waiting times there, convenient. Take a high floor if you can as traffic may wake you (i can compare 4th with 9th floor and definitely recommend latter). I enjoyed my stays and would come back.
