Excelente. Atendimento cordial. Quarto amplo, cama absolutamente confortável, ducha boa mas precisa de regulagem (fácil de resolver), banheiro também amplo e com amenidades. O restaurante anexo é incrível, comida libanesa maravilhosa e o café da manhã delicioso (empadinhas e tortinha de limão e morango no café da manhã me fazem muito feliz! rs.). Localização excelente, poucos passos da Paulista e metrô Brigadeiro. Bom custo benefício.

Location - A+++ Hotel lobby - Best Western 2020 Hotel room corridors - Best Western 1990 - smelly and banged up Room - Best Western 2010 - clean, large and banged up Breakfast A++++ (best in Brazil, outstanding selection and quality. Pool - dirty and un un used - 4 chairs for the entire pool which is in the courtyard with no direct sun. Overall simply a tired hotel that needs upgrading where it matters and not the foyer for selling rooms. Great value for your money.

値段と立地はよかった。また部屋全体は新しくてきれいだし、部屋同士の騒音は気にならない（廊下で誰かがしゃべってるととてもうるさいので廊下と部屋の間の壁の厚みにかなりの違いがある） だから全体的にまたサンパウロに来たらここに泊まると思うのですが残念な点および注意点です。 ・チェックインがめんどくさい。フォームにいろいろ書かなくてはならず、時間がかかります。受付が混んですごく待たされる可能性が高いデス（そのような場面を目撃しました）。私はすでにサンパウロにいたので11時には到着してチェックインをすませたのでスムーズでした ・インターネットが使えないと書いていた人がいたが使えます。ただ安定しない（ブチブチ切れたり）可能性があります。私はアマプラみれました。時々とまってしまうこともありましたが。 ・掃除は有料50レアルかかります、タオル交換などは無料でしてもらえます。ですがこちらがWhat’sAppで聴かないと教えてもらえません。私は2日の滞在なのでしませんでした。 ・シャワーは10分以上出しっぱなしにするとお湯が出ます。お湯になるまで待ちましょう。 ・キッチン道具は鍋はかしてもらえた。ほかはないみたい。後ドライヤーも借りれました。 ・多々不具合があることが予想されます。シャワー・キッチンなど。ちなみにカギはキーをもらっても（番号を教えてもらう）一度もあかなかったです・・・( ´∀｀ )部屋のドアをあけてもらいたいときは部屋の前からwhat'sAppであけてとメッセージしなくてはならず面倒でした。 それでも部屋は申し分なく、値段と立地（便利かつ安全そう）を考えてもお勧めします。 不具合についてはやっぱり・・・！みたいな感じで、不運に当たったと思わず（レビューを見ると皆さんそうみたいだから）それ込みでこの値段だと割り切りましょう。

Hotel building is located right beside the police station and the Paulinista metro station. Most of the staffs do not understand and speak english, so be ready with your translation app. They have a concierge and a trolley in the reception so you wont be having difficulties with your luggages. The Economy room with breakfast is small - With own toilet and shower (separated) and a double deck bed set-up. No slippers and bottled waters included but with basic toiletries like bar soaps, shampoo and bath gels (not refillable, but upon requests). The separate toilet has no bidet and sink. You have to use tissues for your special needs. 😅 We requested another linen in the reception and they gave us a complete set (pillow, towel, blanket and linen). Excellent! The breakfast buffet starts at 0630H to 1000H as instructed during checked-in but it ain't true. The buffet usually starts past 0700H. Keep in mind that they are using ”tokens” for it. So keep it with you when coming to the restaurant. They keep luggages (any sizes) for just 6BRL per piece per day. Cheap compared to luggage storage services in the airport

Estivemos hospedadas no período de 12 a 17 de setembro/24 no Apê Paulista Haddock Lobo. O apartamento é limpo e aconhegante,o chuveiro delicioso, as roupas de cama macias e cheirosas. Eles cedem ferro, panela e secador de cabelo, se você precisar e há um local para deixar as bagagens (gratuito) se o seu voo for mais tarde e se você quiser aproveitar mais o dia do retorno. Além disso, a localização é perfeita , pois há muitas opções de museus na Paulista e a estaçao do metrô Consolação é muito perto, facilitando o acesso a vários locais de forma mais econômica. Os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e educados. Amamos a experiência e recomendamos essa hospedagem sem luxo, mas muito organizada. Maria Estele e Maria Regina .

The location is very good. Going out is the most prosperous business and financial street. Every year, the carnival, marathon and other important activities are on this street. This day is catching up with their Halloween holiday. The car on the street cannot pass. It will be closed in the afternoon to resume traffic. Make room for safe space for people to entertain and trade. Almost all companies are closed for holidays. There are shopping malls, restaurants and hotels. The streets are full of people. A band is 20 or 30 meters away. The music is loud and rings. Around a bunch of people, someone follows a piece of twisted waist. It’s a happy look. All the way is a stall cart, it is said that seven or eight times a month can support a family, no city management, no tax, the happy life of the poor. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The shortcomings are outdated. Some places are better than the guest houses in the early days of China's reform. The competition in domestic city hotels is so fierce. Why is no one here to develop?

We came with my partner and my family for two nights in this hotel. No hot water the first night or the next morning. The reception staff, in addition to not seeming to be sorry, turn out to be rather incompetent. We were first given that morning a replacement room card, room OCCUPIED! What a surprise! Unacceptable at all and very annoying.. We were then given a second replacement room card: room with two separate beds, so we went back downstairs. We then asked to speak to a manager. We were very surprised at her incompetence: the latter, while she was certifying that we would finally be given a replacement double room, made us go up a third time to a bad room. We lost at least 1h15 in the morning when we were in a hurry, entered an occupied room, made 3 round trips and the hotel, to our great astonishment, did not give us ANY commercial gesture: no discount on the price of the room, no free glass on the roof top, no box of biscuits on our return on the 2nd day, we were NOT EVEN OFFERED the two bottles of water consumed in the bar in the room. This is absolutely unacceptable! Regarding check-in, if you're unlucky, the receptionist will corner your passport page... I was disappointed not to have an employee to give us a quick tour of the hotel and visit our room. I work for a 4* hotel in France and we do... Housekeeping should be better checked for dust: headboard, frames... (and this for the two rooms we visited) The rooms are quite ”dated” and deserve to be brought up to date. For the positives: The location is amazing, just 1 block from Paulista Avenue. The breakfast is average. Lots of fruit and fresh fruit juices are welcome, but the food as a whole is not really exceptional. The Roof Top is AWESOME! I congratulate the person at the Rooftop reception who, in addition to being more than welcoming to us, gave us a tour of the rooftop explaining everything to us. The place is very beautiful. However, I regret a long service. Thers is musch better 4 stars hotels...

Excellent apartment for accommodation, very privileged location, next to the Paulista metro station on the yellow line, close to everything, super comfortable rooms, with excellent wifi signal and air conditioning, the staff are all very attentive, I highly recommend it for accommodation in the Consolação region and Paulista.

We stayed 7 nights and the place met our expectations. Yes, the building and its furniture could do with an update but, considering the cost of accommodation in São Paulo, it’s not a bad place. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and served either indoors or on the balcony. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Wi-fi is great. Cable TV had channels in both English and Portuguese. Location is particularly good, safe and very convenient for public transport. We recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Mala experiencia con la entrada, nunca me llegó ningún código y no pude entrar la primera noche teniendo que reservar en un hotel cercano. Pésima experiencia Tuve que pagar casi lo mismo por una noche en un hotel y nunca recibí una buena respuesta por parte del hotel. Les comenté que no pude ingresar y no me dijeron nada
