The hotel is very good value for money. The location is not too remote. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Li Xiaolu. There is a lot of cooking noise at the front desk at night, but overall it is comfortable.

The location is average. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the tram, subway and bus station. The room is very clean and comfortable. The living room is a restaurant open to the public. It is open until 02:00, which occasionally affects rest, which is a bit special. Suitable for single travelers, if you are a couple who needs space, you need to make your own decisions.

It's near Tokyo Station and the facilities are comfortable for sleeping alone! I also recommend it to other solo travelers!! However, it was disappointing that my roommate was noisy.

The room was incredibly clean and had everything you need in it(hairdryer, refrigerator etc.) The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the location is great too and easy to access. Would definitely recommend and return in the future!

The room was very cosy and private. The bath was a little small but had everything you needed. The staff was very nice and the location is very close to the subway. Around the area there were a lot of nice restaurants with good food. Would definitely recommend!

It's a great hotel with a very low price!! Each room was private, very clean, and each room had its own bath and toilet. It's the same as a hotel, you have to pay for it, but I'm satisfied with the food provided.In winter, I ate a lot of famous ramen near Mt.Moiwa. The staff were hospitable and very nice, and it's located in the city, close to Susukino. I will also use it when I go to Sapporo. Thank you ☺️

I was told that I would receive a check-in email 48 hours before check-in, but it never arrived. The location was inconvenient, so when I finally found it, it looked like a private lodging (maybe it was), but there were only regular apartment doors, and I couldn't tell where the front desk was. A man opened the door and told me he was not in the hotel business, and gave me his key number. Apparently the person in charge was a foreigner who was on holiday, and if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to enter the hotel. There are no amenities including toothbrushes. It was great that the room was new and clean. However, even after 24:00, there was loud chatter and the loud banging of something being banged on, making it extremely noisy, something that has rarely been seen in recent years. When you check out, you are left unattended and the table is 'checked out'. I left a note saying 'Thank you', my room number and the key. When I made the reservation, the check-out time was 11 o'clock even though it said 15 o'clock, and everything was sloppy and careless. I started to worry that Japan would be roughly taken over by foreigners.
