溫泉旅館服務友善，員工態度有禮貌。旅館還提供免費的接送服務（需要事先聯絡旅館預約）可以從札幌前往定山溪。在下午茶時間，他們供應了美味的小吃，包括不同種類的蜂蜜乳酪和啤酒。而在晚上，我還品嚐到了美味的蕎麥麵。

過年時候家庭出遊， 想休閑旅遊的就沒有換酒店， 看着評價不錯果斷定了6晚説實話不便宜， 説説入住體驗， 當天大阪飛北海道飛機一開始延誤後來因為天氣原因又盤旋在北海道上空， 説不一定能降落，幸運的是平安降落， 預約了司機接機直接去了酒店， 提前聯繫過酒店説8 點到是可以享有晚餐的， 我們8:05 到的告知晚餐結束了… 真的是無語大冬天的饑寒交迫就想喝口熱湯， 一點也不人性化， 第二天我們想去市區到附近乘坐公共交通未果返回酒店才知道酒店有來回札幌免費巴士（ check in 時未告知）！！！接下來我們就預約了2 天去札幌的巴士， 第四天準時到樓下巴士在面前説我們沒有預約不能坐…. 離譜到極點在我們面前看着巴士開走。 一泊二食晚餐從第一天就沒有享用過， 固定時間（ 晚了不候） ， 實在住的委屈當即決定退房， 用日語和經理協商同意的， 説代理不同意退2 天房費，攜程方也在努力協調， 結果是不盡人意， 以後是再也不會入住了。 慎選

非常舒服的温泉酒店，不妄我們花了一個多小時從札幌特地過來住一晚。
房間是新裝修的，面對山溪，景色宜人，夜深人靜時聽到溪水潺潺流過。
酒店內温泉設施完備，室外露天風呂可以一邊泡一邊欣賞美景。泡完温泉還可以在休息廳喝咖啡吃甜點，確實很享受。
晚餐和早餐都是和式套餐，比較精緻，雖然不像有些温泉酒店是自助餐可以隨便吃，但一道道有儀式感，而且也不會感到吃不飽。
酒店還有來回札幌JR站北口的免費巴士，我是到了酒店才知道可以提前打電話聯繫酒店預約。所以，回札幌時就搭了酒店大巴舒舒服服。

房間寬敞舒適，店員都禮貌熱情，1日2餐食物可口擺盤精緻，酒店就在公交車站斜對面，有免費車子送到札幌站，但要提前預約，到酒店衹能從札幌站乘公交車，這個比較麻煩，其它方面都很OK

位置超優，外面有兩間超商，走路幾分鐘就到，飯店內享受溫泉及點心、飲品，是個放鬆的好地方，建議淡季再來，價格比較實惠。
