Not bad, except for the average food, everything else is great

The service at the hot spring hotel is friendly and the staff is polite. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off service (need to contact the hotel in advance to make a reservation) from Sapporo to Jozankei. During tea time they served delicious snacks including different types of honey cheese and beer. And in the evening, I also tasted delicious soba noodles.

During the Chinese New Year, we went on a family trip. We wanted to have a leisure trip and didn't change hotels. We booked a 6-night stay based on the good reviews. To be honest, it was not cheap. Let me tell you about the stay experience. The flight from Osaka to Hokkaido was delayed at first, and then it circled over Hokkaido due to weather reasons. It was said that it might not land. Fortunately, it landed safely. We booked a driver to pick us up and went directly to the hotel. We contacted the hotel in advance and were told that we could enjoy dinner if we arrived at 8 o'clock. We arrived at 8:05 and were told that dinner was over... It was really speechless. We were hungry and cold in the winter and just wanted to drink some hot soup. It was not humane at all. The next day, we wanted to go to the city to take public transportation nearby but failed. When we returned to the hotel, we found out that the hotel had a free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo (we didn't tell you when we checked in)!!! Then we booked a bus to Sapporo for 2 days. On the fourth day, we arrived downstairs on time and the bus said that we didn't have a reservation and couldn't take it... It was so outrageous that we watched the bus drive away in front of us. I didn't enjoy the dinner from the first day. The time was fixed (no waiting if you were late). I felt so wronged that I decided to check out. I negotiated with the manager in Japanese, but he said the agent didn't agree to refund the 2-day room fee. Ctrip was also trying to coordinate, but the result was not satisfactory. I will never stay here again. Choose carefully

A very comfortable hot spring hotel. It took us more than an hour to come here from Sapporo and stay there for one night. The room is newly renovated and faces the mountain stream. The view is pleasant and you can hear the gurgling stream flowing by in the dead of night. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are complete, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the outdoor open-air bath. After soaking in the hot springs, you can also drink coffee and eat desserts in the lounge, which is really enjoyable. Both dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style set meals, which are relatively exquisite. Although it is not like some hot spring hotels where you can eat all you want at a buffet, each dish has a sense of ceremony and you will not feel full. The hotel also has a free bus to and from the north exit of Sapporo JR Station. I didn’t know until I arrived at the hotel that I could call the hotel in advance to make a reservation. So, I took the hotel bus comfortably when I returned to Sapporo.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff are polite and enthusiastic, and the food for two meals a day is delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is diagonally opposite the bus station. There is a free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station, but you need to make an appoin**ent in advance. You can only take the bus from Sapporo Station to the hotel. Car, this is more troublesome, but everything else is fine

The location is very good, the room facilities are also very new, the breakfast and dinner are rich, the service attitude is also great, and there is a free bus back to Sapporo, Jozankei's first choice

The location is excellent. There are two supermarkets outside, just a few minutes' walk away. You can enjoy hot springs, snacks and drinks in the hotel. It is a good place to relax. It is recommended to come back in the off-season as the price is relatively affordable.

As expected, the hotel lounge and the snowy scenery seen from the lounge were very beautiful! The large public bath and open-air bath were very nice, breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were very friendly!
