良：
・駅～スーパー&コンビニ～宿の立地
・過度なサービスはないがお値段考えるととても良い
・問い合わせに細かく応えてくれる
悪：
・Wi-Fiがない
・タオル交換なしは認識していたので問題ないが、タオルを干したりする場所がなかった
・基本的には清潔だが、エントランスやエレベーターはやや異臭(古い雑居ビル等のにおい/ただし部屋はほぼ問題なし)と、例えばカーテンレールの中にカビ、換気扇に埃など細かいところの汚れあり
・トイレ、ウォシュレット付だと嬉しかった…あと、若干トイレの流れが悪いかも
・棚類の開閉に割と力がいる
その他：
・エアコンなしで不安だったが、8月上旬の盛夏でも窓を開けて扇風機で涼しく過ごせた
・シャワーの勢いが凄い
・スーパーやコンビニで買い物して帰るなら6番出口(区役所側)、買い物不要なら7番出口が便利

到着時刻が遅れる連絡やメールが正確に表示されないトラブルがあったのですが丁寧に対応をしてくださいました。部屋も清潔感があり、静かに落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。
