訂房連結上的酒店照片與實際不符，定位也不準確，電話打不通的。沒有服務可言。還有這裏明麪寫酒店，其實就是名宿一樣，是一棟公寓，入住體驗不好！
後來還是攜程客服幫忙才能入住成功，以及找到正確的客服電話，但客服一不會中文二不會英文無法溝通。我們訂的3晚，也沒有任何打掃清潔，總之無法溝通，諸多不便。
唯一好的就是房間適合親子出行，但真的礙於無法溝通入住體驗減分！

ライブの宿泊として利用しました！
札幌駅から少し距離はありましたが、頑張れば行ける距離でした。
セイコーマートが近くにあったり、ファミリーマートもあり便利でした。
汚れなどもなく綺麗でした。

집이 굉장히 좁아서 큰 케리어 2개 펼치기 힘들었지만 그것 빼곤 전체적으로 다 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 아주 좋았습니다~

這家酒店非常好。首先是位置便利。距離JR札幌站，步行衹要不到10分鐘。二是非常安靜。三是房間挺大的，還有個小廚房，很適當泡茶、煮麪。
建議：最好錄製一下自住入店的流程，事先發給住户，否則，對於第一次使用該系統的人，可以搞不清楚，影響效率。
我辦理入住時，剛好旁邊有個前一天來的中國男士，在他的幫助下，才成功辦理入住。
包括進入房間時，先輸入密碼，然後，按一下最上方的一個按鍵，才能打開門。而酒店在郵件中並沒有説的很全面。
郵件中給的密碼是進入前冂對面的門時使用的。
總之，酒店應當從住客的角度，把辦理入住、開門、上電梯、開房間門等流程，都演示並錄製好。然後，發給顧客。

札幌駅からのアクセスも良く近くにコンビニもありとてもいい立地でした。
部屋の中もキレイで快適です。
食器も一通りあり、鍋くらいの簡単な料理ならできたかも。
自分は外で食べてたので使用しませんでした。
唯一の不満は建物の階段がやや臭う。
地下？のバーから？
とりあえずなんか臭くて部屋の玄関からトイレにかけてまでその臭いが充満していたことです。
そこまできつい臭いではないのでリビングからは無臭なので基本的には困りませんでした。

The location of the propery is excellent, it's about 5-10min walking distance to the train station, countless konbinis are nearby and Odori Park can be reached by walking for about 15min as well. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The self check-in instructions were detailed and made it an easy task. The only negative thing I have to say, is that there are no English manuals for the washing machine or the microwave. That would have made things a lot easier. But apart from that everything has been perfect and I recommend the place for everyone who stays in Sapporo for 3 days or longer.
