It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Odori and Susukino, but the streetcar stop is close, so you can use the streetcar immediately. It is convenient and cheap to take a bus to Nakajima Park from New Chitose Airport.
Everything Yasubei needs (shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc.) is available in the common area. All you need is a razor and a toothbrush (better if you have earplugs).
Unlike business hotels, it was nice to be able to communicate with other guests.
