The receptionist was kind and polite, and the room was satisfactory. The location is very convenient, just off Tanukikoji Street. If I had to say something, I think the fact that it took so long to check in, even though it wasn't crowded, is something that needs improvement.

Show the hotel address to the staff and they will tell you what ticket to buy and where to get off. It should be Minami-Sanjo Station. Odori Park can also be reached within 10 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel, which can take you to Sapporo Station. Googlemap is easy to use. It is very convenient to take the bus to play in Sapporo. Get the ticket on the bus and pay the coin when you get off. Facilities: Although the room is not big, it is relatively new and clean. If you stay consecutively without asking, the room will not be cleaned every day, but the supplies will be replaced. There are coin-operated washing machines and vending machines on the first floor of the hotel. There is free coffee and hot tea in the lobby on the first floor, and free bread in the morning. Luggage is stored in the cabinet at the entrance of the lobby. The hotel also has free umbrellas for rent on rainy days. Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. When checking in, they will explain the precautions in detail to you, and you can communicate in simple English. Ask the staff where to take the bus or go to tourist attractions and you will get enthusiastic help. If you have too much luggage, you can book a taxi to Sapporo Station, which is also very close. With the 200 yen reservation fee, it is only more than 1,000 yen, which is very convenient. Food and Drink: There are many restaurants nearby, and you can eat whatever you want. Tanukikoji has Hokkaido specialty soy sauce ramen and miso ramen, but it is salty. The parfait opposite the hotel is delicious, the real thing is the same as the photo 😋 Tanukikoji is super convenient for shopping, there are many *****tores, Don Quixote is cheaper, but the display is messy. I stayed in a very satisfactory hotel on the first day of coming to Hokkaido, and I will come again next time!
