When I arrived at the store, I was told that I had only booked for one person. Two people had to pay the difference and an additional 90 yuan/night! Everything else is good, the location is highly recommended!

Toiletries, tea bags, and laundry detergent can be collected on the first floor. Take the New Chitose Airport bus to Minami 3 Sweet Susukino and walk a few hundred meters south.

This hotel is very new! Very satisfied! The room is huge for an average hotel in Japan! There is even a living room! It also comes with a microwave, kitchen, and washing machine. There is laundry detergent near the front desk that you can get for free! There is also a USB port for charging directly. It is just a few steps away from the lively place, and you can also walk to the famous seafood market. Although the seafood market is so disgusting and unpalatable, I suggest you go and see it instead of eating.

The hotel is great, but the front desk staff needs to be strengthened

I used it on a weekend at the end of August. It was comfortable because the bathroom and toilet were each separate and well-built. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff was very kind and nice. I would like to use it again the next time I go to Sapporo! !

The toilet, washroom, bed, etc. were new and clean so I felt comfortable. Also, it was within walking distance to downtown Susukino, so I didn't have to spend extra money. (With the money I saved, I ate delicious food unique to Sapporo. I went to three different places. Satisfied, satisfied)

It's a bit far from Sapporo Station and Susukino, but The street was quiet and there was a convenience store in front, so I was satisfied. It would be nice to see the location and decide.

Clean accommodation, very good service, with a built-in washing machine. There is a kitchen that can cook, a lovely room, a soft mattress, and the width of the room just right. If anyone comes to visit Sapporo, recommend this hotel and you won't be disappointed. The price is cute too.

First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. Pretty quiet as well, slightly away from the bustle in Susukino, but still within walking reach. To the Management: Please don't change anything, keep the property and the rates "as is", - will come again.

It was really good. Room was clean and it was pretty quiet. There was a convenience store really close to the Hotel. And it's also really close to Nakajima Park. The Susukino area is just 5 min away from the hotel so it's much better than booking a hotel in a crowded area.
