"Our tatami room was quite spacious. There was even enough room for kids to sleep on futons, making it great for family trips. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area is pretty rural, which is understandable given it's Chitose. For future stays, I'd prefer a location closer to the city center."

"The hotel and room just perfect for one. with the in house public bath you got to relax your body after and before a long day. am very enjoy staying here with a nice room view and all the facilities available . information on the tv is also useful showimg the status on congestion for public bath and breakfast. all in all am very happy to have stay for five nights here. location is very near to the bus station at north exit for sapporo station which is a plus for those who taking day tour that need to gather at the point, only about 7 minutes walk away. there is also a convenient store 711 right downstairs and starbucks as well."

"The best branch of Toyoko Inn in the area of Susukino, a few station from Main Sapporo station. When you get off the Metro station , get up at Exit no.1,if you want to use elevator find way exit no.4 . You can enjoy free food and feel safe to stay in this hotel. Good base to go around, best shopping and delicious food . The staff can help you check in with automatic machine and in front . Toyoko inn hotel gives you feel like at home with good facilities.From here you can go and back from Chitosei airport with metro and airport bus in front of hotel as well."

"Hotel is near to everything. Airport bus, food and shopping. Airport bus drop of is Odori park. It one stop to sapporo station. Walking distance to nijo market. Not worth eating there. The hotel, changes your towels, everyday. Clean your room every 3 days? Staff very helpful. There is a bbq beef buffet, just next door. Going to airport is a different stop, make sure u check with reception first. Go here for seafood, supper good."

"The hotel is about 550 meters from JR Sapporo Station. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, it’s conveniently located right in front of Hokkaido University. The nearest convenience store is Seicomart. Interaction with staff is minimal as check-in and check-out are handled through machines. Breakfast is complimentary, and you confirm your selection via the TV in your room. However, the Wi-Fi is highly unstable—it frequently disconnects and was completely unavailable for one night during our 4-night stay. Free coffee is available from 3 PM daily. Towels are replaced daily and hung on your door, while basic amenities are provided. The water pressure is excessively strong, almost as if draining an entire river. Room cleaning is scheduled every 4 days."

"Loved the location, close to Day and Night life. Near NHK Tower, ”Central Park” Odori, Bus Center, and my friend's office bldg in view!! Most of all, I like to go eat at the City Hall cafeteria, every once in a while, plus free great view of the city from top floor, nice restaurant cafe up there, also. Question: You have a nice Kitchen on 4F, but no table to sit??. I will certainly Come again next time."

"The location of this hotel is perfect. The bus stop to to/from airport is less than 5min. Keep it mind that the bus ride to the airport is cheaper than any other choice. Walk distance to Odori-koen, JR Sapporo station, Tanuki-kouji, and Susukino. There is a massage place opened from 10am - 3am in front of this hotel with very reasonable price! This hotel is in between Japanese convenience stores. Staff at the hotel is fresh and green but very attentive. I think these points over comes room size. You may have difficulty if you have 2 big suitcases. The photo is my new discover and best find by this hotel, a coffee shop! It’s 1 block away from the hotel. As this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, I highly recommend this coffee shop for your breakfast."

"The room wasn't too small, and the breakfast was plentiful. Plus, there's unlimited free coffee at the front desk. It's really close to both the Sapporo subway and JR stations, making it super convenient for getting around! I'd definitely stay here again. I stayed at one of their hotels in Nagasaki before, and it was excellent value for money!"

"We appreciate this hotel so much. Very near the bus station going to and from Chitose Airport. The staff are all accommodating and always ready to assist you. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options to choose from. With complete Amenities except no shower cap. There are robes provided in each floor. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel and would likely to recommend to friends and relatives. Value for money. Thank u Smile Hotel😊🙏"

"I often book Daiwa hotels when I'm in Japan. The location is excellent, very close to the subway, Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, and other malls. There are also many dining options nearby, and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The airport limousine bus stop is also very close. The front desk is on the second floor, and the staff all speak fluent English. You can help yourself to drinks, drip coffee, lotions, and bath salts. The room isn't small; you can open your suitcase, and it offers a street view. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; it was very Japanese and had a good variety."
