Clean and Nice Room. Well equipped come with allocated parking lot.
Many eating outlets nearby within walking distance.
A little obstacle during check-in. We did not receive the check in code via our email in advance.
Thanks to the friendly staff who assisted us via video call.
We enjoyed our stay there.

JR琴似駅すぐそばで交通に便利。部屋は縦長だけど広いです。家族で過ごすには悪くないです。線路ぎわなので寝る時には列車の音と振動がありますが耳栓が置いてありました。私は気になりませんでした。バスタブがなくシャワーが狭いですが、近くにスーパー銭湯があり食事もできるので入浴に行くのはおすすめです。他の人のレビューにあるようにチェックインは事前登録してなかったので手間取りました。

跟照片零差異👍美好住宿體驗，交通非常方便，距離最近JR路程約3分鐘左右，距離札幌JR也只需要坐兩站，買東西附近也都算很方便，住宿房間環境超棒～超喜歡～空間都很乾淨～實在太棒了～

Everything was as shown in the hotel pictures. Better than I expected. Just need to becareful of the low headroom of the beds. Otherwise it is very good to stay.

新しく綺麗な施設でした。ただ、冷蔵庫に氷が残ってたり、掛け布団カバーに染みがあったので、清掃の確認をもう少し慎重にしてもらえると、もっといい施設になると思います。あと、受付の方の対応も、こちらの質問に対して、もう少しスムーズに答えてもらえると、もっと良かったと思いました。
