The front desk staff were polite and helpful with luggage storage and check-in.
The room was spacious and clean.
Check-out was at 11am, so I wanted to relax until then, but the cleaning noises (alternating between rooms on both sides) were very loud.
There was no place to have breakfast, so I recommend using the convenience store next door or a nearby cafe.

It's close to Odori Station and there's a 7-Eleven next door, so it's convenient.
No amenities are provided, but you can get them at the front desk.

We loved staying here. They helped us at short notice and accommodated our bicycles to be safely stored in the lobby. The aircon was lovely and we loved the pyjamas!

The hotel is very clean and very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. There are coffee, tea bags and toiletries available for free on the first floor. The reception staff is very kind and the bathroom has a large bathtub.
