此次入住日本體驗的壞印象，對日本人的壞印象都是這個酒店給的。
1、入住：我們到了很累，沒想到前台登記要半天，家人來之前突然骨折，問可不可以退餐費，？前台操作半天，給的答案都是不行，然後還問我們是不是可以不提供那份餐食了。no，我們付了錢了誰給你的臉少上一份？我們全家把多的一份飯都吃掉了。
2、餐食：早餐我們家兩個小朋友一口都吃不下，連住兩天以為會翻一下花樣，結果除了小菜，一模一樣。不知道這家酒店是怎麼做到的，早餐衹讓人吃一口就能感覺到萬分的飽腹感不能再進食了。晚餐也一般，一根大牛腿，就這樣切了切吃，沒有和牛，也沒有和風。更不能理解的是，早上咖啡居然是速溶咖啡粉做的，那個大個咖啡機竟然是個假貨！
3、湯池：挺小的，室內室外各一個池子。室外更窄，不是那種原生户外，也看不到風景。
4、服務：這一塊是最不能理解的。第二天我能在八點出發趕飛機，然後在前台預訂第二天早上七點半時段，被告知滿了。然後我們説那就吃最早的一個時間段七點的，服務員不加思索的被告知我們也滿了。what？真有那麼多人七點吃早餐嗎？那個中年男子服務生操作半天電腦也不知道看什麼，定個早餐花了十五分鐘無果。送我們的當地朋友愣是跟着我們等了半天，看不下去了，用日語交流半天跟他。服務員又操作半天電腦説七點半可以了。當第二天我們七點半吃早餐的時候，發現偌大個自助餐廳衹有零星幾桌！！我真的百思不得其解了，發覺日本人真的壞的很隱蔽。當我們吃完準備走的時候，包車司機説車壞了，讓我們自己打車。我們在山裡叫Uber五趟，沒有一輛車！最後我們求助前台説可不可以幫我們叫車服務，又被告知沒有這個服務！what？一晚上5000人民幣的房間你告訴我沒這個服務？國內快捷酒店都比這個服務強吧。
總結：從小發大，從來沒給酒店做過差評。這次實在是忍不住了。這是我在攜程訂的比較貴的房間，缺收到最差的服務。也破壞了一直以來我對日本服務好的錯誤概念。越發發現日本人的冷漠和偽善。
怪不得提前一個月訂酒店時，附近其他的温泉都訂滿了，就這家有房間，大家還是懂得。所以寫出來給大家，避雷。

酒店新裝修過，驚喜地發現每個房間都有私湯，然後就每天一早一晚必泡，入睡甜美。酒店中規中矩，除了私湯其他也沒什麼特別地方。按摩環境超棒但是手法一般。温泉酒店基本包早晚兩餐，他們雖然每天努力換但是五天裏晚餐也就吃了兩餐，不吃不能退，還是得再外面找好吃的。定山溪位置到札幌，小樽，登別等地方都是四五十分鐘路程，包個車，然後安定地住在這裏，玩得很愜意。
照片裏的房子不是酒店，是酒店窗子看出去對面的房子。
