The location is great, it's a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station; there are many convenience stores nearby; opposite is Kushiro, which is a good choice for late-night snacks.
This time I stayed in a quadruple room, with one bed per person, a bath and a double mirror, and a dressing room; the space was larger than expected.

It is not far from Sapporo Station, just two blocks away, but it is not convenient to carry a snowboard bag. It is not as convenient as the hotel south of the station if you take a taxi.
