It's the second time I have stayed at this hotel after having been to Hakodate. The hotel is located at Shin Sapporo, and it is convenient to get there from Airport. I think it was a good decision to stay there than other hotels in the city center. It's because the hotel is big and there are shopping mall nearby. You can do shopping easily. Moreover, it's quiet at night. I can have good sleep. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is excellent and delicious.

There is a short male waiter with long hair at the front desk who has no service quality at all. He did not update the room card when asked to update it. If you ask for hot water, you will be kept waiting indefinitely if you don't refuse it directly. Maybe a hotel at this price doesn’t have much service to begin with.
