가족끼리 가서 매우 만족한 숙소였습니다.
대접받는 느낌이 들고 가이세키도 매우 훌륭하였습니다.
3곳의 온천도 좋았고 온천 후의 서비스도 훌륭합니다.

Very friendly. Transportation is also convenient as there is a bus. The meal wasn't bad and there was a convenience store nearby so there was nothing lacking. I think enjoying the outdoor hot springs will be something I will remember for a long time.

Upon check-in, I found out that there was a problem with my reservation, but the hotel staff worked really hard to resolve it, so I was able to stay.
All the staff were friendly and the premier room on the 11th floor was really nice.
Thank you to the staff who made check-in possible. Thanks to them, I was able to have a great trip.
I 100% intend to visit again.

First of all, check-in and check-out take too long.
I was eating kaiseki for dinner and my hair came out.....
And there were reviews saying that the dinner wasn't delicious, but really... there was no place to put the chopsticks...
They also set a breakfast time for the next day, but since it was too early, I requested a change in time.
The breakfast was good so I barely ate dinner the night before and got it at a convenience store.
Breakfast was also...disappointing.....
