I really like this hot spring hotel, the stay experience is great. There is also a free bar in the evening. The old man speaks English very well and is very good at chatting👍🏻. Their specialty cocktails are delicious, their dinners are delicious, and their breakfasts are delicious.

The room was great! There was a small hot spring in the room, which was very comfortable. After soaking, my skin felt smooth and comfortable. The big pool was also very good, and the open-air hot spring was even better.

We only had 1 night to stay in this beautiful paradise 🥲🤍
It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍
Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹
Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots.
Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️
Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the a**osphere too.
Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️
Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹
I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

It was the best choice among my Hokkaido travel itineraries. This is a place where the facilities and services are truly worth every penny. Next time I come to Hokkaido, I will definitely come back. Everyone was nice and kind, and I was especially touched by the chopsticks I received as a gift.

The hotel's service, room environment, and food are all great! I have stayed in many hot spring hotels, and this one has given me the best experience so far. The staff are extremely friendly! This is a hotel I would recommend to my friends! There are few hotel rooms, so the stay is very quiet and comfortable. Privacy is also very good. All kinds of afternoon tea and evening bar are free.
