・It was close to the station, the route from the station to the building was top value, and you could get food and other necessities there. -The room was large and comfortable.

The carpet was dirty. There was a convenience store on the first floor, which was helpful. It's in the middle of two subway stations and I wish it was closer to one of them. It would have been nice to have a notepad and pen. However, it is comfortable and perfect for a 2-3 day stay.

Overall, it was very clean, and it was great that it had all the preparations you would expect from a private lodging. I'm glad that the management company was very courteous. The TV broke during my stay, but I'm glad they fixed it right away. There was no air conditioner in the bedroom, and I couldn't sleep on the bed in the closet on hot days. I think you can use a fan to blow air from the living room. The air conditioner in the living room is small and always running at full capacity, but it was comfortable to leave it on all the time. There is no parking lot and you have to park in a coin parking lot, so if you are staying for a long time, it will be a hassle to pay every day. Tableware and cooking utensils were prepared and it was very helpful. However, I was a little disappointed that the frying pan was falling apart.
