It was so good. There is an open-air bath, and the food served at the restaurant was Chinese food and it was delicious! The staff can't speak English, so you have to prepare some Japanese! It was good overall, but the interior smelled a bit like paint.

The service and amenities were great, as well as the onsen. Breakfast was also very good too. The check-in and check-out were very easy to do, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local was ok, I recommend this place of you want to stay out side of sapporo, but if you plan on comuting into the city then be mindful of how long it takes. The room was really clean and tidy, but it did see a few ants in my room. (I visited in winter so if you go in the other seasons you may be fine)

The hotel is clean, the receptionist understands Chinese, and there is no difficulty in communication. The room I stayed in only had a toilet and no shower. I had to go to the bathhouse to take a bath. I came here to soak in the hot springs, so it didn't matter. Satisfied with this stay

Not bad recommended. A good place to rest while skiing. It's a little far away from the ski resort. It only takes us 20-30 minutes to drive. Recommend to those who rent a car
