The location is good. Go straight on the right hand side from Exit 7 of Fengshui Station for about 3-5 minutes. The room has 24-hour heating, so it doesn't feel cold at all. There are kitchen utensils at the door to heat food. The front desk service is also very friendly. I stayed here. 3 days. It is 2 kilometers away from Sapporo Station. You can reach it on foot or by taking the subway for 1 stop. It is 10 minutes away from Ichitanokoji and is about 900 meters away. I will stay there next time.
