The clerks were kind and willing to help. Some of them were not good at English. It was once in a while a little hard to communicate. Guests can have only coffee and tea in yhe lounge, but the opening hour is so limited(3pm~11pm). I felt surprised to see the dirty bathroom floor. Also, it was hard to believe that they didn't give my mom's room the bed sheet the first night we stayed. Good thing that it's located well near JR station and the breakfast ticket is quite convenient. Anyway, thank you for your service.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. Our kids loved the complimentary snack bar and drinks machine on the 2nd floor. The hotel is pretty new and even though the onsen is pretty small but adequate, it was a nice treat for us every evening after dinner and a long day of exploring the city. Location is very central, two blocks away from Sapporo JR station and Stellar Place Sapporo. Breakfast is nice and the hotel kitchen made an effort to make small changes to the buffet spread everyday. Breakfast closes early and the hotel staff is very strict about their last order at 930am. That said, the hotel has every right to deny entry as it is stated clearly on the breakfast voucher. Please be sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment
