Great location. Good room size. Very good breakfast menu. A very basic health suite. Sauna and Hammam are at an extra cost. A great hotel but in need of some refurbishment.

First of all, my room is very small and the toilet is not cleaned. Second, the front desk service was very bad, and the person who led me to the parking was also very impatient. Third, breakfast was a mess. I went a little late, and many dishes were gone and not supplemented. Finally, the parking fee is not transparent. location of the hotel was perfect.. it was near to a lot of important points. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good, there were a lot of variety including deserts. Taxi takes 40 BAM from hotel to airport for four person.....

Viennese Cafe hotelin altında eski ama klasik tarzı ile beğenilen bir mekan. Kahve içmek ve tatlı yemek için ideail ve rahat bir işletme. Servis kaliteli ve hızlı. Fiyatlar notmal. çeşit çok. mekan geniş ve yüksek tavanlı ve bu nedenle çok havadar. Sessiz bir dinlenme şansı sunuyor.

Dopo aver letto alcune positive recensioni ho deciso di prenotare per il veglione del 31 dicembre. Premetto che il costo lasciava intendere tutto ottimo dal cibo al servizio e all'animazione. Scadente accoglienza, confusione nelle prenotazioni e poi alla fine è saltata fuori la nostra. Salone stracolmo ma ci accompagnano in un angolino lontano dal palco principale dove era collocato un tavolino rotondo con due sedie una delle quali rotte. Attraversando il salone abbiamo notato l'antipasto che era già stato collocato sui tavoli e sapete in cosa consisteva? Due fettine di salame due sottilette di formaggio ed un prodotto non ben identificato. Siamo rimasti talmente delusi che abbiamo preferito cambiare destinazione. 5 stelle da dimenticare.
